Quick solid mould manufacture
采用上海竹威數(shù)控寶麗龍銑床PPMH4020，專門用于模具生產(chǎn)前期的泡沫實型加工，機床加工范圍為4.2M x 2M，轉(zhuǎn)速為8000RPM，該專用機床的應(yīng)用，降低模具制造成本。縮短生產(chǎn)準備周期，提高了生產(chǎn)效率，為今后三維實體設(shè)計、加工打下基礎(chǔ)。
We adopts the numeric control Baolilong milling machine PPMH4020 produced by Shanghai Zhuwei Coompany,which is specialized in the foam solid mould manufacture of the prophase mould production with range of work 4.2Mx2M and rotate speed of 8000RPM. The application of special machine reduced the mould production cost,cut the production preparation period, increase the productive efficiency, laid the good foundation for 3D solid design and whole-mould surface machining in the future.
